Pier 40 proudly offers varying monthly parking packages to meet your needs. All monthly parking spaces are self park (Park and Lock). Please see list below for pricing at different areas and levels. Please note the prices below effective 1/1/2024 are inclusive of 18.375% Manhattan Parking Taxes. If you are a Manhattan Resident, you may qualify for the Manhattan Parking Tax Exemption which discounts applicable taxes by 8%. For more information on tax exemption please visit the Department of Finance's informational page. Please note that all new monthly account holders will be subject to a one-time $20.00 Activation Fee and vehicles over 200" are subject to an additional $100.00/month oversize vehicle surcharge.
