The entrance to the parking facility is just off the West Side Highway on the corner of West Street and Houston Street.  Garage at Pier 40 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

The Monthly Pass Card is our most convenient parking program. For one flat fee you will receive 24-hour unlimited access to the garage seven days a week. Monthly parkers are always guaranteed access to the facility, even when we are otherwise full. Rates for the Monthly Pass Card vary.
